Rates vary depending on the season and are between NZ$90 to NZ$200 double/twin. For your guidance the USD rate is approximately two thirds of the NZD rate, and the UKL rate is approximately one third the NZD rate.

Bookings cancelled more than 48hrs prior to arrival date will not attract a cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 48hrs of arrival will attract a cancellation fee equivalent of one night's accommodation tariff and no shows will attract full payment of original reservation.

Special events will attract a modified cancellation policy which will be clearly communicated on point of reservation.
